Bizfon Professional Voice Recording

Professionally recorded greetings and informational messages can enhance your company's image and differentiate the services that you provide. Bizfon will work with you to select the voice talent and then script, record and download professional recordings to your Bizfon within 5-15 business days, depending on the voice talent chosen.   Recordings are limited to 50 words in length. Go to the  ProVoice Form to select your Provoice talent and to hear their voices.

Standard Pro Install

Let our nationwide network of knowledgeable installation agents provide you with professional on-site installation service within 7-10 days from shipment of your equipment. This service includes:

  • Pre-installation assessment via telephone
  • All necessary parts to adapt your existing wiring and connections to the Bizfon system
  • Installation of the Bizfon 680 to incoming lines and telephones/devices
  • Setup and configuration
  • Verification that the system is fully functional
  • Product Registration and orientation via the Customer Care Center
